Access and use of the Biquadro Caffè srl website, as well as the purchase of products on benedettocoffeeroasters.com, are governed by these Terms of Use and require reading, knowledge and acceptance of the same.


The contents of the site, images, photographs, illustrations, texts and any other material in any format, including, but not limited to, menus, web pages, graphics, colors, fonts, design, trademarks and / or logos are the exclusive property of Biquadro Caffè, in its exclusive availability or in any case under license to Biquadro Caffè. Rights are protected by copyright.
The Rights cannot be reproduced, distributed, sold, transferred or modified in any way and / or form, not even partially, except as specifically regulated. The brands and logos, including the domain name, are in the exclusive availability of Biquadro Caffè srl. These trademarks, logos and domains cannot be used in any way without the prior written consent of Biquadro Caffè srl.


There may be “cookies” in order to allow users a better usability of the Site. Users who prefer not to receive cookies can set their browser with the intent of being warned of the presence of cookies and then decide whether to accept them or less.

These general conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) govern the purchase of products, carried out remotely, via the internet, from the benedettocoffeeroasters.com website (“Site”).
The seller of the products and owner of the site is the company Biquadro Caffè srl with headquarters in Via Strada di Salt 48, 33047 Remanzacco (UD) Italy – VAT number 02939110306 – REA: UD-299680.
The buyer who accesses the Site to make purchases (“Customer”) is required, before sending the order, to carefully read these General Conditions made available to him on the Site.
Contracts concluded with Biquadro Caffè srl through the Site are governed by these General Conditions in compliance with Italian law.


The characteristics and the price of the products for sale on the Site (“Products”) are shown on the page relating to each Product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must add the Product to the “Cart” and, after having read and accepted the General Conditions and of the Privacy Policy, must enter the shipping and billing information, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.
By sending the order, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and fully accepts these General and Payment Conditions indicated therein.
The contract stipulated between Biquadro Caffè srl and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Biquadro Caffè srl with order confirmation by email containing a list of products and delivery costs where applicable.
Once the order has been received, Biquadro Caffè srl, having checked the availability for the fulfillment of the order itself, in the event that one or more Products are not available, will notify the Customer via e-mail who, within the following 12 hours, will have the right to request the shipment to replace the out of stock products with other available products. The amount relating to unshipped Products will be returned according to the chosen payment method.
By sending the order, the Customer declares to be of age and guarantees the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the information provided for the fulfillment of the order.


The prices of the Products sold in Italy are inclusive of all taxes and duties. All prices are expressed in Euros.
Shipments in Italy: the cost of transport will be calculated by the system based on the weight of the items ordered and the place of destination.
For deliveries over € 100,00 the cost of transport will not be charged.
Shipments abroad: the cost of transport will be calculated by the system based on the weight of the items ordered and the place of destination.
With regard to deliveries required in countries outside the European Union, any import customs duties will be borne by the recipient.


The choice of payment method takes place at the end of the online purchase process.
– Payment with PayPal: in cases of purchase of goods with PayPal payment method, contextual to the conclusion of the order transaction, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can make the payment with his account or using a card, even prepaid , or in any case according to the methods accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the relative conditions.
– Payment by bank transfer in advance: in the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be handled only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the order.
After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily include the number and date of the order and the customer’s name and surname.

If the purchase is made by a professional, the invoice must be requested in advance by selecting the appropriate box during the order procedure by entering the billing data including tax code, VAT number, unique code and PEC (certified mail).
With the introduction of electronic invoicing, the professional is responsible for correctly entering the billing information and is expressly informed that, in the event of failure to request an invoice during the order, it will not be possible to request it later.


The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure and Biquadro Caffè srl is deemed to be compliant from the moment it delivered the goods to the carrier.
All purchases will be delivered by express courier (“Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays.
The delivery dates of the Products indicated by Biquadro Caffè srl are to be considered indicative. Biquadro Caffè srl will not be responsible for any delays occurring during transport. Likewise, Biquadro Caffè srl cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect or non-delivery caused by events and / or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as by way of example but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snow), any strikes (by one’s own or other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions, or any other similar or different cause.
Once the Products have been shipped, Biquadro Caffè srl will send an email to the Customer.

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n.21 implementing Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, the Customer can return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the purchase amount actually paid. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the product in the following ways:
1. Before the expiry of the aforementioned term, the Customer sends a registered letter with return receipt to Biquadro Caffè srl or by submitting another explicit declaration to that effect. The communication can be sent, within the same period, to the e-mail address info@benedettocoffeeroasters.com, or telephone communication to the number +393473128746.
2. The Customer is subsequently contacted by Biquadro Caffè srl to take charge of the return.
3. The return of the product must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The reimbursement of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include shipping costs. In the event that the value of the products has suffered a decrease due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, (by way of example: damaged products, not properly or completely packaged, or in which certain parts are missing or have been damaged, such as components, elements, accessories, packaging materials, boxes, documentation and / or other objects), Biquadro Caffè srl will refund the Customer the purchase sum less the value of said reduction. In the event that the Customer sends back products beyond the aforementioned deadline or in the case of open and / or partially used products that do not lend themselves to being returned, the right of withdrawal does not apply and Biquadro Caffè srl will return to the Customer the purchased good by charging the shipping costs to the same.
With the aforementioned limitations, Biquadro Caffè srl will reimburse the amount actually paid by the Customer within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal by means of a credit note on the bank account or credit card.


The shipping costs for the return are in any case due and borne by the Customer, even in the case in which the same makes use of the right of withdrawal, or refuses or returns to the sender, for any reason, the goods regularly ordered. In the latter case, the Customer must provide for the reimbursement of the aforementioned shipping costs, and possibly, in the event of non-payment of the same, Biquadro Caffè srl will take legal action to recover these amounts.
In case of failure to collect the goods within the maximum storage terms due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the latter will be considered refused, with reimbursement of expenses to be paid by the customer.


Any complaint must be sent to shop@benedettocoffeeroasters.com. Biquadro Caffè srl will respond to reasonable requests received within 20 working days.


The sales contract between the customer and Biquadro Caffè srl is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
For the solution of disputes relating to the interpretation, execution or resolution of these General Conditions or individual purchase orders if the Customer is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, the court of his / her town of residence or of domicile if located in the Italian territory.
